No. It is a given that as humans we are all sinners. Going to mass even if you know that you are in a state of sin is not a sin. It is still better than fully turning away from God, and not attending Mass at all. What you do have to remember is that you are unable to receive communion, until you go to the sacrament of confession. Yes, you’re sinning if you’re not part of at least a simple Bible church that is focused on following Jesus and being disciples and making disciples. But to say I’m sinning because I don’t go to the big box church, as long as you’re part of “where two or three are gathered,” that’s enough. All right, hope I see you next time.
